For Support Coordinators
At TruMinded Australia, we understand the important role support coordinators play in helping participants navigate their NDIS journey. We work collaboratively with coordinators, participants and families to deliver reliable, person-centred supports aligned with individual goals and NDIS plans. Our aim is to make the referral process simple, responsive and transparent, giving you confidence that your participants are receiving safe, high-quality and person-centred supports.
TruMinded Australia proudly supports participants across Sydney's North West, Inner West and Greater Western Sydney, including the Ryde, Eastwood, Gladesville, Parramatta, Hills District and Strathfield regions, with capacity to support surrounding suburbs. We understand the importance of responsive, local support and aim to review referrals within 24–48 hours.
